John Jacobs failed in a campaign that, compared to yours, had everything going for it. He had the right position on what was, supposedly, the spotlight issue of the day, and he received alot of exposure. The one thing that he and most other observers underestimated was the extent of the "anti-incumbent backlash". This has now been proven to be an underestimation that it would be well to avoid.
